Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Membership Eligibility

Member Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at siputri88 at any one time. Detection of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether registered under their own name, a family member's name, or using false information — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and cancellation of all associated bonuses and winnings.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place within your siputri88 account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials with anyone, and ensuring that no other party uses your account. Siputri88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.

• Contact the siputri88 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
• Siputri88 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• Any changes to account information (phone number, email) require additional identity verification.

The personal information you provide to siputri88 provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure, particularly where it affects the identity verification or withdrawal processing.

Deposit & Withdrawal

siputri88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX through Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most payment methods. All deposits are credited instantly to the member's account once payment is confirmed by the processor.

For withdrawals, siputri88 aims to process all requests within 15 minutes of receipt — subject to successful identity verification and no technical issues at the time. Any attempt to abuse the siputri88 bonus system — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or systematically using low-risk wagering strategies to meet rollover requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

Games & Betting

• Siputri88 reserves the right to void bets or matches in the event of a significant technical error that affects the fairness of play.

Account Suspension & Closure

• Fraud, identity falsification, or providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Attempted money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Use of unauthorised software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Threats, abusive language, or inappropriate behaviour directed at the siputri88 support team.
• Access from a prohibited geographical region.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, siputri88 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending an internal investigation. If the investigation finds no evidence of fraud, the cash balance (excluding any bonus balance) will be refunded to the member via the original payment method.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the siputri88 support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any eligible cash balance will be refunded in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

Responsible Gambling

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that any betting or casino decisions you make are based on sound personal judgement, within your financial means, and will not affect your day-to-day financial needs or those of your dependants. siputri88 is not liable for any financial, relationship, or other problems that may arise as a result of your participation in gambling activities on our platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration in accordance with procedures established by siputri88. The official language used in any proceedings shall be Bahasa Melayu and/or English.
